What we process

Outstanding Tiny Desk AI at https://outstandingtinydesk.art processes account information, the photo you select for your lead singer, selected video quality, purchase records, and any video-generation task records needed to operate this service. Basic technical information may be processed for security, session management, and abuse prevention.

Singer photos and AI providers

Upload photos only when you own them or have permission from the people shown. Your selected portrait may be saved temporarily in your browser for the upload flow. When you request a paid creation, the file is transmitted through configured storage and the video provider. The provider and underlying model service may process the media according to their own privacy and retention terms. We do not maintain a public gallery of your uploaded portraits.

Accounts and payments

Sign-in uses essential session cookies. When enabled, Stripe processes payments; we record order status and generation entitlements, not full payment-card numbers. Optional analytics, email, and support services process information only when enabled and configured for this site.

Storage and retention

Your browser may temporarily retain the selected portrait so it can be restored during sign-in or checkout. The earlier site template's draft retention mechanism can hold the photo for up to two hours and can be cleared through browser site data. Task records and downloads depend on the configured provider and object storage; provider-hosted video links may expire. Save any completed result promptly. We do not promise permanent video storage.

Your choices

For account access, correction, photo removal, or deletion questions, use the signed-in support tickets page. Include task or order references when relevant. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Certain transaction records may need to be retained to meet legal requirements.
