Purchase & Refund Policy

One-time video purchases

All prices are in USD. There are only two purchase options:

• Standard: 480p · 19 seconds, $4.90 for one video generation.
• HD: 720p · 19 seconds, $8.90 for one video generation.

Each purchase provides one generation in the chosen format. There are no multi-video bundles, automatic plan renewals, subscriptions, or free preview generations.

Sign-in and payment confirmation

You must sign in before purchasing and generating. Payment is handled by the configured Stripe checkout. A verified, settled payment creates your entitlement. Returning to the website after checkout does not by itself confirm payment. Your account history and balance should be checked against the verified order.

Video generation and failures

One generation is reserved for a task using the selected format. If an accepted task fails or is cancelled and is reconciled as failed, its entitlement is restored according to the generation service rules. The service can refuse new requests while the provider or storage is offline without consuming a generation.

Completed videos and download links

Generated results can vary, including changes to face details, movement, and scene continuity. An accepted successful generation uses one purchased entitlement. Review your result before sharing and keep a downloaded copy; third-party links may expire. Rights to music and reference footage are not included in the purchase.

Refunds and duplicate payments

Money refunds are reviewed through support tickets, not issued automatically by the studio. If you were charged twice, paid for an unavailable product, or did not receive a confirmed entitlement, include your order number and a short description. Never submit card numbers or passwords. Mandatory statutory refund and consumer rights are unaffected.
