Last updated: 2026-10-28
Using the service
Outstanding Tiny Desk AI is an independent AI-style concert-video creation product. It is intended for people aged 18 and older. An account is required before a video generation can be purchased or submitted. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and using the service lawfully.
Photo and identity permissions
You must own or have permission to use a submitted photograph and any recognizable person's likeness. Do not upload minors, intimate or exploitative material, unlawful media, non-consensual impersonations, or images intended for harassment or fraud. Do not present an AI-generated performance as a genuine live concert or a real endorsement.
Third-party music and trademarks
The Outstanding Tiny Desk AI style is inspired by an online trend connected with Charlie Wilson's NPR Music performance of the Gap Band song “Outstanding.” This product is not affiliated with or endorsed by NPR, NPR Music, Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson, or the Gap Band. The underlying footage and recording are owned by their respective rights holders. A product purchase does not grant any license to their recordings, trademarks, or audiovisual works.
Results and available service
AI-generated video results are probabilistic. Likeness, gestures, scene order, hands, audio, and visual quality may vary. No exact artistic result or completion time is guaranteed.
One-time purchases
There are two paid video formats: 480p · 19 seconds for $4.90 and 720p · 19 seconds for $8.90. Each purchase provides one generation in the selected format. There is no free preview or subscription. Payment does not change format automatically, and a completed generation uses the purchased allowance for that format. Only confirmed payments are credited to your account; merely returning from checkout is not proof of payment.
Sharing and support
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the photo, audio, and other elements of any video you publish. Label AI-created media when required. To report a payment, access, content or rights issue, use support tickets. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
